Peace
The word peace are said with ease. It's said with ease, but not done with ease...
Actually peace should come with ease, since when we are at ease, that's when we really feel peace. There are so many, too many opposite interests in the world right now to have global peace. Can this continue forever?
No! This cannot continue, in the end we will destroy ourself and the whole humanity with this idiotic behavior we are showing our kids today.
Why is it so difficult to live side by side in peace? With a core belief in "our own" religion, culture, politics and a very protective attitude to our interests and "our" property.
Yes, we can build a home and claim it is ours, but should no other be able to use it because it ours? Of course, we are the builder who paid for it, but what about those of us who are born into poverty and never have been able to pay for anything? Not those of us who are not willing to contribute, but those of us who are not able to contribute with money. Are we sentenced to continue to live a life in suffering and poverty because we are born into it? Your house are one thing, very private in the modern world, but what about land, a country, a forest, an ocean?
Who can claim they own this? You can claim that you own a river because it is running over your property, but try to grab and hold on to the water who are running in that river! Is it more important to claim the ownership of the river and keep away all others, than to share the running water with those of us who are in need of it? That's the whole idea with a river, to distribute and provide humanity with water regardless of the drinkers religion, political point of view, etc.
So, can really anyone claim that they own this and that, pieces of the earth which is given to us, the whole humanity? |
